Christopher is diassolicitors expert in Immigration Law and has been practicing as a solicitor in this ever changing area of Law since 2001.
Christopher has a particular interest in the business aspects of immigration and has advised and assisted many commercial organisations on their Skilled Worker immigration needs; he also has helped many individuals migrate and set up their business in the UK.

Christopher is a keen advocate and has represented his clients successfully before the Immigration & Asylum Tribunal. He has a strong background in European Migration law and the trickier aspects of UK Family Migration, such as the sole responsibility rule for children, and the Spouse Income rules under Appendix FM.

Christopher has a keen interest in Blockchain and DLT, and how this is beginning to revolutionise the legal world. He is trained in fraud detection and cybersecurity.
