CRYSTAL DIAS

Crystal is the award-winning founder of diassolicitors and is known for her empathy with her clients and her first rate knowledge of immigration and family law.  Crystal works with the Filipino community to promote and advocate for migrant and women's rights.

Crystal is a regular legal blogger, and is known in the community having hosted a weekly radio show on 'Pinoy Radio' UK, and she writes a monthly column in 'One Philippines' newspaper.

CHRISTOPHER DIAS

Christopher is diassolicitors expert in Immigration Law and has been practicing in this ever changing area of Law since 2001.   

 

Christopher has a particular interest in the business aspects of immigration and has advised and assisted many commercial organisations on their Tier 2 work permit needs; he also has helped many individuals migrate and set up their business in the UK as Tier 1 Entrepreneurs or as Sole Representatives.

Christopher is a keen advocate and has represented his clients successfully before the Immigration & Asylum Tribunal.  He has a strong background in European Migration law and the trickier aspects of UK Family Migration, such as the sole responsibility rule for children, and the Spouse Income rules under Appendix FM

Christopher is available to host training sessions in Immigration law.
